Feb 21st Face - It's Newt!

Ok, I think it's time to get away from animal faces for awhile and get back to cartoon faces. :) I'm planning to do something for Zazzle soon using Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich & Rick Santorum, so today's face is Newt's. Hopefully I will get Rick's done tomorrow.
